Do You Accept Insurance?

I currently accept Aetna and Anthem through Headway. I am also credentialed with Modern Health and Lyra EAPs.

Will I have a copay if I go through insurance?

Insurance plans have their own set fee schedules. If you are planning to use your insurance for therapy sessions, it is recommended to check with your insurance company for any potential deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance amounts listed on the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company.

Do You Offer A Sliding Scale?

Sliding scale rates are available for self-pay clients and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. This estimate can be provided upon request or when scheduling your appointment.
